The HARMONY Community is located near Turner Creek Elementary School, just off Highway 55,
in beautiful Cary, NC. Noted repeatedly by Money Magazine as "Top 100 Places to Live in the USA".
The open floorplan homes were built between 2007 and 2010. Most homes feature brick or
stone fronts -- many with front porches, rear patios, and/or decks. Our average lot size is
about .3 acres. Our homes feature two or three car garages.
At the center of HARMONY we have a beautiful residents' center with a two-story clubhouse,
tennis courts, basketball court, tot-lot playground, a large well-equipped swimming pool,
as well as a fun kiddie pool. Another plus are sidewalks that run through the neighborhood,
making it great for taking leisurely walks and knowing your neighbors. HARMONY is close to
everything, without compromising elbow room.
